Weekend get-away goal: do nothing

It had to be. After busy and crazy days, we decided to treat ourselves and go for this get-away in the desert. A cozy hotel in Desert Hot Springs (near Palm Springs), with lot of heat, cool beverages, and relaxing (shallow) pools. Aaaah! To do nothing, that's our goals. We might re-visit some of the great retro buildings designed by one of my favorite architects, Albert Frey (also Swiss origin). We might go for a hike in the amazing Joshua Tree National Park. We might check-out some bargains at the Desert Hills outlet. Or find a new place in the heart of Palm Springs for wining and dining. Otherwise we really plan to do nothing.
